The Philadelphia-based company is a division of Comcast-Spectacor, a subsidiary of the Comcast Corporation. Spectra provides full-service management for arenas, stadiums, convention centers, ice rinks, expo centers, auditoriums, and theaters. Spectra provides its services on a turnkey management and/or consulting basis for the pre-opening/design and construction phases of a new facility, as well as the ongoing operations for an existing facility.

Part-Time/On-Call Opportunities

Event Staff

The on-call Event Staff personnel typically serve in various event-related roles including but not limited to ticket taking, ticket selling, ushering, guest services, event security, and parking lot attendant. 

Catering Waitstaff

Catering Waitstaff is responsible for serving guests in the venue dining areas at catering functions and must be able to work in an ever-changing fast-paced environment.

Kitchen Cook

Kitchen Cooks are responsible for fulfilling the service food orders in each venue dining area.

Concessions Cashier

Concessions Cashiers are responsible for processing payments for guests and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Operations Worker

Operations Workers perform event set-up and tear-downs, custodial, housekeeping, and light maintenance tasks as assigned.
