Fairgrounds Field Baseball Stadium (Opened 2003)

• 4,200-seat stadium
• Can hold concerts, family shows and outdoor event

Central Pavilion Arena (Opened 2007)

• 49,423 sq. ft.
• 1,900 bleacher seats, 3,200 with floor seats
• Air conditioned indoor pavilion; can accommodate equestrian shows, rodeos, livestock events, family shows, boxing, wrestling, concerts, indoor football other stage events

Central Pavilion Exhibit Halls (2) (Opened 2007)

• Indoor Exhibition Halls connect to the Central Pavilion
• Each of the two halls is 50,000 sq. ft. (100,000 total sq. ft.) can be used for various trade shows including car shows, boat shows, farm shows, hunting & fishing shows and similar exhibition events, as well as animal exhibitions
  

Conference Center (Banquet Hall) (Opened 2007)

• 20,000 sq. ft. ballroom; can be divided into 5,000 and 15,000 sq. ft.
• Banquet seating capacity; 1,200
• Full kitchen
• Two break-out rooms with a total of 1,344 sq. ft.: 30'X24' (720 sq. ft.); 26'X24" (624 sq. ft.)

Equestrian Center (Opened 2007)

• Covered, outdoor, open air; permanent dirt floor; 60,000 sq. ft. arena
• Arena floor is 150 ft. X 300 ft. (45,000 sq. ft.)
• 1,000 permanent seats
• Concession stand
• Stables for 150 horses
• Two lighted warm-ups rings adjacent to Equestrian Center Parking
• Six acres of paved back of the house parking for exhibitors, promoters, artists
• Public has over 1,700 paved parking spaces on site

Middletown Meadow (Opened 2007)

• Open green space surrounded by the various venues. The Meadow will provide an outdoor area for people to gather and take in street level performances
